Your health and safety are our #1 priority.

With COVID restrictions easing in Ontario, rest assured your health and safety remain our number one priority. Staying on track with your oral health is fundamental to caring for your overall health. We continue to follow strict safety guidelines, as part of our safedent program protocols.

Covid-19 Patient Screening Form

Steps we are taking to welcome you back:

Enhanced patient protection measures: All of our staff members have upgraded their protective gear. This includes appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for all appointments. Between patients, we meticulously clean, disinfect rooms and all surfaces, as well as sterilize instruments.

A virtual waiting room: We have set up a virtual “waiting room” for our patients to check-in via text message and wait, if necessary, somewhere safe outside the clinic, such as in a car.

Tech-enabled screening: We digitally pre-screen patients in advance for COVID-19 symptoms and risk factors to ensure our clinic stays COVID-free. We also screen our team members.

Air filtration (HEPA): In the coming days we will be investing in high-efficiency air filtration systems to ensure air quality is sanitary and for aerosol-producing procedures. This increases safety from germs and other pollutants.

Cashless Payment: In hopes to reduce infectious spread we will no longer take cash or cheque as payment. Should you have any concerns please give us a call and we can make arrangements on a case by case basis.
